Vinings Practitioners often run various events and courses. Some of these involve multiple practitioners and some will be specific to one therapist.
These include:

- seminars
- training
- courses
- community events.
Some of these events are free of charge or involve a donation to charity. Others are charged at a fee.

- Vinings at Haywards Heath Town Day
Vinings Natural Health Centre will be present at this year’s Town Day in Haywards Heath. We will have a stall on the day in Victoria Park where we will be sharing information, answering questions and offering some treatments.

- Autumn – a time of new beginnings

We often think of Autumn as a time for pulling in, slowing down and preparingfor Winter but it can be a great opportunity for change and growth. In this one-day workshop, we will explore how you can use the Autumnal energy towelcome and adjust to these and other changes in your life situation and fullyembrace these new beginnings. Together we will look at using mindfulness,relaxation, meditation and connecting with both your feelings and thoughts tocreate a workable individualised plan based on practical application. All of thisguided by your own inner wisdom.

Touch and smell are basic senses that we use everyday. In this half day workshop we will lexplore how we can combine the power of these senses to help in our day to daylives.
Whatever our age, we can obtain tremendous benefit by understanding more about smell and touch.
