This is a form of therapeutic intervention developed by Tad James in America. The basic principle is that the brain stores your memories in a physical, linear way – your timeline. Using this knowledge a practitioner can access the unconscious mind and resolve problems in the present that have built up from past experiences. Specifically Timeline Therapy can be used to:
- Release negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt.
- Get rid of emotional baggage.
- Destroy limiting beliefs and decisions that you have made that cause problems such as lack of confidence, anxiety and poor self-respect.
- Enable you to create a vivid and real future and all the steps you need to get there.
