Our January Book Club meeting proved to be a lively affair with a number of different opinions and viewpoints – everyone took part in the discussion and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our next meeting is on Tuesday 18 February at Cafe Rouge, The Broadway, Haywards Heath.

Our January Holistic Book Club meeting will be at Cafe Rouge on Tuesday 21 January at 10am – something a little different after all of the Christmas festivities to ease you into 2020.

Our book for January is Proof of Heaven: A neurosurgeon’s journey into the afterlife, by Eben Alexander.  This promises to be a thought-provoking read and we look forward to sharing our thoughts and views over a cup of coffee (other hot and cold drinks can be substituted as required!)

Our November Holistic Book Club welcomed three new members and prompted an enjoyable discussion about The Monk and his Ferrari.

In December our meeting is back at Cafe Rouge in The Broadway, Haywards Heath.  Come along on Tuesday 17 December at 10am and join us to discuss Loving What Is by Byron Katie.  This book is available from Waterstones or Amazon.
